Bookings

When you book online we process:

• your name, email and phone number,
• the date, arrival time and number of people,
• whether you are coming with a Multisport card.
• Purpose: handling the booking, sending the confirmation with a QR code and contacting you about changes or cancellation. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Group bookings and enquiries

When you email or call us, we process the details you give us so we can reply and prepare an offer. For groups of more than 8 we issue a deposit receipt. Legal basis: steps towards and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: until the enquiry is closed, at most [TO FILL: proposed 12 months].

Payments and accounting

Data on accounting and tax documents (such as a deposit or a company invoice) is kept for the period required by Czech accounting and VAT law, at most 10 years. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Card and QR payments are processed by [TO FILL: payment terminal provider]; we never see your card details.

Multisport card

This website

This website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Weather is fetched by our server from MET Norway; your browser does not connect to it. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which briefly processes technical data (such as your IP address) for security and operation.

Who can access the data

We do not share your data with anyone else, except processors who help us run the service under a contract:

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just email info@laznenalodi.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
